Dr. Bal Ram Singh is a leading expert on protein structure, protein folding and functions, botulinum toxins, and biodefense agents. He is the founder of Prime Bio, Inc. (PBI), a leading product and service provider, and the Institute of Advanced Sciences (INADS). Dr. Singh is a professor with an interest in teaching innovative biotechnology, Ayurvedic biotechnology, physical biochemistry, biochemistry, biological spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy for biochemists, chemistry of the mind, biochemistry laboratory, and the science of yoga.

Dr. Alok Kumar Dwivedi is a young philosopher who is interested in creating a value system for society that would be based on holistic education. His major focus is on finding the practical value of philosophy. In his work, Economy of Philosophy, he establishes the philosophical meaning of “Arth” and establishes its connection with economic parameters. He also started working on two exciting projects: Concept of Ramatva and Natural World Order, where he wants to establish a connection between social theory based on freedom and creativity to natural evolution parameters.

Dr. Shipra Dikshit is a recognized philosopher interested in research and teaching. Her area of interest includes Existentialism, Phenomenology, Philosophy of Mind, Samkhya Philosophy, Basics of Ethics, Indian Ethics, and Gender Studies. Her ongoing research examines emotions as an epistemic tool and emotional intelligence. She holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from JNU and a Post-Doctoral degree from IIT-Kanpur. Before joining KSAS, she was doing research and teaching at IIT-Kanpur, Amity University, and IIIT-Hyderabad. Some of her significant research includes Gender Embodiment: A comparative study between Samkhya Philosophy and Simone de Beauvoir, and Emotions and Imaginations as an epistemic tool in Jean-Paul Sartre's idea of Existentialism.

Dr. Pankaj Soni is a young scientist with an interest in cell biology and protein chemistry. He worked at the National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (NBFGR) and completed his PhD at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University (AKTU) in Lucknow, India. His project involves the development of cell lines, their characterization, and the assessment of cytotoxicity in the developed cell lines. During his PhD, he developed a few cell lines. He is also experienced in testing pathological samples of SARS-CoV-2 at Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India, using RT-PCR. He published four research articles and regularly presented his work at scientific symposiums.

Dr. Pooja Agarwal is a biomedical scientist focused on cellular microbiology and host-pathogen dynamics. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI) in Lucknow, India, studying the role of adipose tissue in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) latency and reactivation. During her postdoctoral work at the University of Cape Town, she researched Mtb persistence in foamy macrophages and the pharmacodynamics of anti-tubercular agents. Before joining KSAS, she was a Research Fellow in the Monash-Warwick Antimicrobial Resistance Program at the University of Warwick, UK, where her research involved nanoparticle drug delivery for intracellular Mtb and circadian modulation of Staphylococcus aureus invasion in epithelial cells.

Dr. Surabhi Agnihotri is an analytical researcher with over five years of experience in drug design and developing medical countermeasures against neurotoxins. Her doctoral research involves quinolinol-based non-peptidic small-molecule inhibitors targeting VAMP-acting botulinum neurotoxins. She specializes in structure-based drug design, including molecular docking and dynamics simulations, and has a strong foundation in ADMET principles. Her expertise includes small-molecule synthesis and validation through in vitro and in vivo pharmacological models, as well as advanced techniques like ELISA, Western blotting, and toxicity profiling. She effectively drives the drug development pipeline from hit identification to lead optimization.

Dr. Manish Singh Kaushik has joined KSAS as a Research Scientist. His research focuses on optogenetics, optobiotechnology, and microbial genetics. He completed his doctoral studies in Biotechnology at Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, India. He has received two national post-doctoral fellowships and has published 29 research articles in reputable international journals. At KSAS, he is currently involved in projects aimed at developing novel targeted therapeutic strategies for regenerating active neurons in the severed central nervous system (CNS).
